The website creation and hosting packages include the following:
- Custom design of the website package of your choosing*
- Custom Domain Name: www.yourcompany.com
- 10 Customer Specified Web e-mail boxes with forwarding capability under single user name and password control
- 50mb of storage space
- Online Activity Reporting
- Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Search Engine Submission – Sites will be search engine optimized and submitted to Google, AltaVista, DMOZ, Fast/Mobile, GOO (Search engine list is subject to change)
- Photo editing and digitization

Billing Options
Billing: Payment options available to customers will be as
follows:
- Credit card - Credit card payments can be made through PayPal. Customers will be contacted regarding renewal via phone and / or e-mail 90 days before expiration of their hosting agreement.
- Check - Check for creation and/or one year of hosting accepted with the order. Check customers will be contacted regarding renewal via phone and / or e-mail 90 days before expiration of their hosting agreement.
- Invoice - Invoice option is available for creation charge. Production of account will not begin until payment is received.
- Monthly billing option is not currently
available.

Order Form
- By signing the order the customer is agreeing to the user terms and conditions available at the web site. Representatives might want to have these terms available in print form on sales calls.
- If customer is transferring a URL the URL
consent form must be submitted with the contract.

Proof Policy: Your ad will be supplied to you by email, fax or snail mail. We do our best to proof read your information as accurately as possible but do not guarantee that your ad will not have errors. It is your responsibility to read your proof carefully.
Any errors must be brought to our attention.
Color and tone of the ad will vary when printed.
Additional Proofs - One free proof is included with each ad.
Additional proofs are $15 each.
Shipping of Ads to Publications - $25 for Federal Express.
